The earliest predecessor firm of Vincent Sykes & Higham LLP started life in the 1830’s as a provincial practice serving the local, largely agricultural, client base of East Northamptonshire. Now in the 21st century, Vincent Sykes & Higham LLP acts for local, national and international clients, providing a range of services across the private client and commercial spectrum.

The LLP undertakes a mix of general practice work including will drafting, domestic and commercial conveyancing, family law, advising the elderly client and tax planning. Complementing our general practice is a thriving commercial practice, which provides pragmatic, speedy and proactive advice to fast moving and technology driven businesses. Our commercial clients range from private individuals, small and medium size businesses, university science park "spin-offs" to well known "household name" international organisations.  Clients receive a service covering matters such as protection and creation of trade marks, patents, copyright and design rights and we provide a cost effective service for corporate restructuring, whether MBO's, private equity investment, or mergers and acquisitions.

With offices in Thrapston, Northamptonshire, Vincent Sykes & Higham LLP is centrally placed, straddling the A14 and A45 strategic east-west transport corridors. London is an hour away, while Cambridge and its technology parks are 40 minutes by car. Birmingham and the West Midlands industrial area are also easily accessible.
