To commission VSH Law to prepare your HIP and deal with your conveyancing once you find a buyer, please complete the HIP instruction form together with a Sale Instruction Form.
Please send or bring your forms to our offices, along with a payment of £300. This payment is non-refundable as we are unable to offer our ’no completion, no fee’ guarantee on HIPs.
As soon as we receive your form and payment we will send you a letter of proof that your HIP has been commissioned. You’ll be able to start marketing your property straight away with your chosen estate agent.
