No Completion, No Fee Guarantee

Less headaches with VSH

Buying a house can be a very stressful time in your life, so VSH Law does everything possible to help you through this time.

Our customers have told us how distressing it can be when a property purchase or sale falls through, especially when it’s caused by something way down the chain. The last thing they want at this time is to be asked to pay costs for a property they are unlikely to buy.

Complete peace of mind

Unlike most other solicitors, our no completion, no fee guarantee is complete peace of mind. In fact, we believe we are the only solicitor in the country offering you such a strong guarantee.

Should your transaction not complete, for any reason, you will not be asked to pay any legal costs at all. This includes any disbursements we may have already paid on your behalf.

If you compare other solicitors’ guarantees they will usually still charge you for any disbursements made, which can add up to a considerable sum.

Upgrade to the Platinum Service to take advantage of this guarantee

To upgrade to the Platinum Service let us know on your instruction form. A small upgrade fee of £50 will be added to your final bill upon successful completion of your transaction. If your sale or purchase does not complete you will pay nothing at all.

A fair exclusion

If you have commissioned us to prepare a HIP for your property sale, these charges are non refundable. This is because your HIP will still be completed and will be available on an ongoing basis for your buyers in any later transactions. We think that’s only fair.

Get more information about fees, request a quotation now or you can contact one of our team directly for more information.

If you’re ready to instruct us you can download and complete an instruction form located on the right hand menu and post it to us.
