VS&H has always provided a dispute resolution service. Historically this consisted solely of court based recovery services. With developments in dispute resolution procedures and the growth of our commercial department, our litigation department has now extended its services to include arbitrations, employment tribunal work and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services.

Our litigation department works closely with other departments of the firm, most notably the commercial department, to provide its services to our clients. In addition, it has its own specialist client base where it provides assistance in the resolution of matrimonial and family breakdown.
