VSH advised a consortium of investors on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Sirus Pharmaceutical Ltd to Arakis Limited. The consideration was part cash and part Arakis paper. The sale inclued multiple tranche payments based upon future performance of tthe former Sirus business and on finalisation of Sirus'' accounts. VSH continued to advise the investors on those tranches and, subsequently, on the sale of Arakis to the quoted Japanese pharmaceutical company, Sosei Inc. |
