Law for Business

This group consists of a mixture of experienced solicitors and other professionals who have gained their experience either in City of London, major provincial practices or in-house here at VSH. The LLP has invested (and continues to invest) considerable time and effort in the training, development and growth of this team, in particular in the fields of intellectual property, information technology and logistics. We are able to offer a complete legal service to businesses, ranging from SME's to well known international organisations. In particular, we specialise in the following areas:

A large element of our work relates to Intellectual Property, whether it is the drafting of contracts or investment funding of technology based companies. We work with a number of major universities, as well as various spin-out companies. We have a number of clients in the venture capital community to whom we offer a full business legal service. We endeavour to offer City of London quality work at a considerably lower rate. We offer a one stop shop for all legal services relating to technology protection, acquisition and exploitation. Our agricultural and commercial property clients range through farmers diversifying into non-agricultural areas to commercial property developers and large scale commercial property users.
